My mom loves to sit out on her back porch and watch the hummingbirds, squirrels and various birds come up to feed. I enjoy visiting with her, sharing a cup of coffee and watching them with her. While I was surfing the web looking for ideas on some, I came across some pretty cool and simple DIY bird feeders that you can use from items in your house. Great way to be creative and recycle at the same time.
Of course just a plain milk jug will do, the birds won't care a bit, but all it takes is a little imagination, maybe some paint and your on your way to a creating something pleasing to the human eye
